Perform full text search on the contents
of a folder
The
Client Folders feature in VisiPlan can be used
to store documentation prepared for clients in
a secure database accessible in VisiPlan. You
can create a folder structure to organise the
client documentation so that it can be easily
accessed by all staff who have access rights to
the client.
An additional feature of VisiPlan
Client Folders is the ability to create a template
of the folder structure your organisation wants
to use. Each new client will automatically have
the standard client folder structure for storing
all documents related to that client.
As well
as being able to add, edit and delete documents
in the Client Folders, you can also perform full
text searches and archive the documents.
